Experience the story of traditional Ozark foods, accompanied by a four course food and drink tasting menu based on locally sourced ingredients. Presented by Susan Young of the Shiloh Museum of Ozark History, in partnership with 28 Springs Executive Chef Kurt Plankenhorn and 28 Springs Head Drinks Enthusiast Casey Letellier and the Siloam Springs Museum.
